1. Regional Manager ~ must be based in Houston, or has had a portfolio in Houston and willing to relocate. Candidate will be working for an owner manager/developer that has approximately 25,000 units, A+++ new construction to B-. Typical portfolio ranges from 800 to 1500 units. Most properties will be in Houston with occasional travel (no more than 30%) to properties owned in Chicago or Atlanta. All properties are conventional. Degree is preferred, but not a must. Candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years experience as a Regional Manager.

2) Property Manager ~ Owner, manager, developer is looking for a manager for a High Rise in the Inner Loop area of Houston,Texas. Candidates must have experience on a mid-rise or a high-rise, 3 to 5 years experience as a manager and professional presentation. Salary range is from $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience. Great bonuses and opportunity for advancement is one of the many attractions of this position.

3 )Property Manager~ Owner, manager, developer is looking for a property manager for his new construction lease-up in the Atlanta Area. Candidates must have A++ experience, familiarity with the Atlanta/Dunwoody/Buckhead area and 3 to 5 years experience as a manager. Salary is very competitive and bonuses are very strong. Degree is a plus but not a requirement. opportunity for advancement is very strong with this owner managed company.
